                In the ensuing auction any new suit by opener is a Suit Asking bid.

When opener re-bids 2NT the developments are as after 2NT opening.

After 2D-2H-3-of-a-suit and 2D-2S-3-of-a-suit the responder will frequently make the next available suit bid ("la collante") to allow the opener to finish the description of his hand.

Note: the principle of fast arrival applies after 2D-2S. For example 2D-2S-3H-3NT-4H is stronger than 2D-2S-4H.

2D-3S-3NT is round-forcing initiating a Baron-type bidding continuation.
